Why Volunteer?
We sincerely appreciate that you chose to volunteer for our festival, because you have given us the best possible gift: your time and energy. Without the efforts of our volunteers, the SouthSide Film Festival simply would not happen! YOU are the heart of the festival…

What/Who we need!
As greeters and sources of information, our volunteers are the face of the festival. The SSFI also needs volunteers for activities during the year such as our Third Thursday Film Club screenings and fundraising events. Please see our complete list of volunteer opportunities which includes a description of duties and responsibilities. Staff and board members will always be onsite to assist with any questions or issues you may not be able to address.
