Synopsis: When her high-school sweetheart unexpectedly returns to town, Shelly is forced to confront those things she's been avoiding, including her 12 year-old son. About the Director: A recent MFA graduate of Columbia University’s Film Division, Nina Chernik's thesis film, "Maine Story" is currently making its festival rounds. Last year, Nina began her own production company, number9pictures and is now developing several feature scripts. This summer, she will begin scouting for her next film, "Greetings from Mexico" about a family who takes a vacation to Mexico and accidentally gets sucked into a cult.
