About the Director: Kevin McCarey is an Emmy Award winning filmmaker who has worked primarily for National Geographic Television as a documentary producer, writer and director. His first narrative feature Coyotes was an Audience Favorite at the 1999 Palm Springs Int’l Film Festival and won Best Feature Film at the 1999 Savannah Int’l Film Festival. His narrative short "San Juan Story" (1991) was an Academy Award semi-finalist. Kevin McCarey is an Emmy Award winning filmmaker who has worked primarily for National Geographic Television.
