A chance encounter on the busy streets of New York brings Stephen and Angelina together. Casual conversation leads to romance until a cruel twist of fate forces them to confront the demons from their past.

About the Director: Nathan Crooker is an accomplished TV commercial Director with such clients as Miller Lite, Mini Cooper and Microsoft. "Peace of Mind" is his first foray in to the film world. He is currently shopping three feature scripts and plans to shoot his first feature the beginning of next year. Crooker is also a documentarian who has traveled around the world twice visiting over 30 different countries. His latest project as the Director of Photography, Holy Wars, took him into the heart of the Middle East for two months searching for answers to fundamentalist Islam. The film will be finished this year through Smuggler. Just to add to Crooker's accolades he is also an actor who starred in the Sundance 2005 hit, “This Revolution” opposite Rosario Dawson. He has also been published several times in Death and Taxes Magazine as a writer and for his documentary photography in Palestine, Sierra Leona, Iran, and the cocaine jungles of Peru.
