About the Director:
Amanda has been a visual person and highly interested in film, especially the obscure, the sci-fi, and the awkward all her life. She chose to direct and produce her senior film, although she splits her passion of  filmmaking with her love of production sound recording. Amanda has worked on over 70 student films in the positions of director, cinematographer, producer, writer, sound mixer, boom operator, and sound  designer. She plans to move to Los Angeles upon graduating and look for jobs in either or both the film  and sound fields. If she has one lifetime goal, it is to advance the reputation of women within the male- dominated film industry.
