This is the story of the lost communities of Ellenton, Dunbarton and Meyer's Mill, South Carolina. Displaced in 1951 to make way for the Savannah River Plant and the creation of one of largest bombs known to mankind at that time.

About the Director: Mark Albertin is the owner of Scrapbook Video Productions and works as a Multimedia Producer for Morris Visitor Publications, a division of Morris Communications Company of Augusta, Georgia. A graduate of the Milwaukee Area Technical College in 1985 (Associate in Applied Sciences), Albertin started his career in the Printing and Publishing Industry, working as a color specialist involved in detail-orientated color corrections and photo manipulation for national publications. In 2000, he started Scrapbook Video Productions; a video documentary company geared toward the recording of oral histories throughout the nation. During the period of 2000 – 2006 he produced six, feature-length documentaries about cities across the country, five of which aired on public television. His latest production, “Displaced – The Unexpected Fallout from the Cold War” was produced by his business Scrapbook Video Productions over a period of 4 years.
